For our April 10th, 2026 meeting, RMCF welcomes back Dr. Danny Faulkner of Answers in Genesis. In his talk 'Revealing God’s Glory through Astrophotography', Danny will share photographs of the sky that he's taken to demonstrate some of the wonder of God’s creation.

Danny Faulkner was born again at age six through vacation Bible school, but after drifting from the faith for several years, he rededicated his life to Christ during high school after being challenged by the strong Christian witness of fellow students. Having always loved astronomy, he soon came to believe that God had called him to make it his life’s work. Reading Henry Morris’s The Bible and Modern Science helped shape his commitment to young-earth creationism. He studied at Bob Jones University, did graduate work at Clemson, and earned his PhD in astronomy from Indiana University before going on to teach astronomy and physics at the University of South Carolina–Lancaster, where he enjoyed a long and respected career. Danny and his wife, Lynette, have been married since 1976, have one grown son, and share a strong commitment to creation ministry.
