On Friday, May 13th at 7 PM, Rocky Mountain Creation Fellowship is privileged to have as its May monthly speaker, Pastor Gino Geraci.
Gino Geraci is the Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel South Denver, in Littleton, Colorado. Gino accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa during the "Jesus Movement". Gino has been involved in ministry with Calvary Chapel for over 25 years. He and his lovely wife Mary have three sons; Miguel, Anthony, and Jonathan.
Gino has a diverse background which includes seven years with the Department of Social Services in San Bernadino County. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and the Rio Hondo P.O.S.T. certification program.
Pastor Gino spent seven years as Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque with Skip Heitzig and in 1987 he founded Calvary Chapel De Santa Fe in New Mexico. He has hosted several national radio programs and is a well known conference speaker.
Gino currently hosts the Gino Geraci Show which can be heard weekdays from 4-6pm on local Christian station KRKS FM 94.7. Numerous past speakers for RMCF have appeared on his daily radio show. Gino has also been one of the Chaplains for the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department which provides crisis intervention counseling to the public.
This placed him in a unique position to minister during the Columbine tragedy. He is currently Chaplain for the Denver County Police Department. Gino's unique ability to communicate the Gospel in a meaningful and passionate way coupled with an uncompromising love for God's word makes Gino an effective and well-loved Pastor.
Gino states that the Book of Genesis provides the answers to the big questions of life. Is there really a God? How did the universe get here? How did human beings get here? Where did all the life come from? Now it answers one of the most complicated questions we can ask, What is my purpose in life?
There is no cost to attend and free refreshments will be served after the meeting. The RMCF library will be available at the May meeting and is free to all RMCF members. We have more than 150 interesting videos to lend.
